Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 7am to 6:30pm
Saturday 8am to 4pm
Sunday 3pm to 5pm - Office open for boarding check-ins and pick-ups only.
Boarding drop-off is allowed during all normal business hours. We recommend that they come early in the day so they will get more time for play and get situated in their new enviornment.
Daycare drop -off is allowed from 7am to 2pm Monday - Friday
8am to 1pm on Saturdays
Boarding Check-out Monday through Saturday is 1pm.
* If your dog is here after check-out another nights charge is applied. *
*If your dog is getting a bath before departure then the after 1pm check-out time does not apply on Monday through Saturday check-outs, you can pick-up at any time between normal business hours.
The bath MUST be scheduled at time of making appointment or at check in. Calling to have a bath done on the day of check-out will still be charged the after one charge plus bath charge if picked-up after one.
*This does not apply for Sunday check-outs*
Sunday is considered a full day of play; therefore, a full day of boarding is applied if checking out on Sunday.
Please Note: During holidays we may only take limited amount of daycare dogs so it is best to call to make daycare reservations in advance around holidays.
Pooch Playhouse and Boarding is closed on the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
Holiday hours may apply
Note that regardless of our business hours on weekends and holidays, our staff is still present and the dogs are out playing together the same as any other day of the week.
